Cute 1930 Bungalow in Lawrence, Kansas

Here are some different pictures of the house for rent in Lawrence, Kansas. It is a bungalow-style home, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main floor. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have a connecting bathroom. The upstairs master suite has a closet area an alcove, and a master bedroom area. the bathroom has a shower, toilet and a wonderful vanity created out of an antique dresser and lots of storage for linens and bathroom articles. The downstairs bathroom has a newly tiled tub/shower, sink and toilet.

The kitchen has an angled stove area, which allows for alot of storage, as well as great counter space, which is not always common in older homes. The kitchen was also updated, and a dishwasher was added 4 years ago. There is a pantry area just inside the basement door (which is to the left of the dishwasher. the full basement has storage and a washer and dryer.

The big front porch has a hanging porch swing, and is a great place to sit and drink your coffee in the morning and enjoy beautiful mornings or afternoons.

The house is located within a 10 minute walk to the student union on the KU campus. It is also a quick stroll to the downtown restaurant area on Mass street. There is a wonderful farmers market which is duriing the summer within a quick walk from the house.
