The 2 downstairs bedrooms have a connecting bathroom. The upstairs master suite has a closet area an alcove, and a master bedroom area. the bathroom has a shower, toilet and a wonderful vanity created out of an antique dresser and lots of storage for linens and bathroom articles. The downstairs bathroom has a newly tiled tub/shower, sink and toilet.

The house is located within a 10 minute walk to the student union on the KU campus. It is also a quick stroll to the downtown restaurant area on Mass street. There is a wonderful farmers market which is duriing the summer within a quick walk from the house.
